OSHA Subpart V, Section 1926.952 requires grounding of vehicles working near energized lines or equipment. This reel helps to meet this requirement, simplifies the grounding procedure and encourages crew compliance by providing a simple, efficient method of handling heavy grounding cable.

Rewind
Spring rewind. Ratchet mechanism locks the reel when required cable is unwound, releases easily for rewinding. 4-way rollers guide cable on and off the reel.

Reel will handle up to 80 ft. of #2 AWG insulated grounding cable. A 400 amp rotary device maintains constant contact for continuous grounding through the reel.
